Even though many people now use mobile devices for orders, unfortunately our system has issues with them. Apple products seem to be more affected than most, but ANY tablet or phone can give you issues. Its something our web developer is working on, but for now, if you are having issues, please use a desktop or laptop PC, which should work :)
