Firstly, thank you for choosing Airsoft World Ltd! We strive to get all our orders out in the time-frames listed and more importantly, delivered when they should!
Unfortunately, the couriers can fail to deliver as expected for a number of reasons and these could be:
- Mechanical Breakdown (vehicular or in the sorting hub for example)
- Severe Weather (Snow, Flooding etc)
- Strikes
- Exceptional Busy Period (Christmas being the prime example!)
This is not an exhaustive list and there are more possible scenarios that could delay your package. We apologise reservedly for these inconveniences however if you're package is showing as collected and has not been delivered within 3 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us so we can arrange to chase up the courier to find out what has happened and more importantly, when we can expect your package to be delivered!
Please also be aware that for many of these, the courier will class them as 'Acts of God' and we will be unable to claim the courier delivery costs back.
